When joining you’ll be given a safety tutorial. It’s each members responsibility and they assume completely the responsibility to inform and make aware every passenger they bring or send out on a CFBC vessel of the safety rules including and not limited to the following:

1. “By stepping foot on a CFBC Vessel Each Passenger immediately and without any confusion agrees that they understand the rules, and were given the safety orientation, understands the risks that the ocean, weather, and mother nature could present and takes full responsibility for, Release and Hold Harmless Angler Management Sport Fishing, LLC, their owners, agents and all employees from any and all Liability, claims, demands or causes of action that I may hereafter have for injuries or damages arising out of my participation in Boating, Fishing, and Charter activities, included, but not limited to, losses caused by the negligence of the released parties.”
2. “Each Passenger gives all rights and permission to Angler Management and its agents to use any video footage and photos for use in marketing, social media and website(s) that were taken on their charter trips.”

We will open up an annual schedule and review it monthly for members convenience. You will always have a vessel to fish on as long as you book 2 days in advance.

1. We will continue to add vessels as the member count increases.
2. As a member, you’ll be allowed to use all ports as we expand including other countries.
